Argan oil

It works by using its fatty acids to seal the cuticle, repair damage with vitamin E and antioxidants, reduce frizz, and provide a protective barrier against heat and environmental stressors.

Coconut oil

Its lauric acid content helps protect against protein loss, while its ability to seal in moisture and form a protective layer makes hair more flexible and less prone to damage from washing and environmental factors.

Castor oil

though it does not actually revive dead strands. Its fatty acids, like ricinoleic acid, hydrate the hair, while also creating a protective barrier to seal in moisture and prevent further damage

Avocado oil

It penetrates the hair shaft to deliver moisture deep within, which helps combat dryness, split ends, and frizz, while also smoothing the hair cuticle and protecting against breakage and heat damage.

Heat Damage Recipe

Bleach Damage Recipe

1 tbs coconut oil 1 tbs of avocado oil 2 tsp castor oil 1 tsp biotin oil

Instructions
overnight use
  1. Warm the Oil: Gently warm a small amount of oil (1-2 tablespoons) in a bowl
  • Microwave: Heat the oil in a microwave-safe bowl for about 10-15 seconds. You want it to be warm, not scalding hot.
  • Stovetop: Pour the oil into a small pan and heat it on low heat for a minute or two. Keep an eye on it to prevent it from getting too hot.
  • Hot Water Bath: Place the oil in a heat-safe container and then place that container in a bowl of hot water for a few minutes. This gently warms the oil.

  1. Apply to Scalp and Hair: Massage the oil into your scalp for a few minutes, then work it through the rest of your hair, focusing on the ends.

  1. Wrap Your Hair: Wrap your hair in a towel or use a shower cap to protect your pillow and help the oil absorb.

  1. Leave Overnight: Allow the oil to sit in your hair overnight.

Wash in the Morning: In the morning, wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo and conditioner to remove the oil. You might need to shampoo twice.
Instructions
Before Styling
  1. Grab your hair oil and put a very small amount (like one or two drops) into your palm. Too much will make your hair look greasy.

  1.  Rub your hands together. This warms the oil and spreads it evenly across your palms and fingers.

  1. Apply to Ends: Focus on applying the oil to the ends of your hair, avoiding the roots. This helps smooth split ends and add shine to the driest part of your hair.

  1. Smooth Flyaways (Optional): If you have any flyaways or frizz, lightly smooth your palms over the surface of your hair. Don't use too much oil; just a tiny bit will do.

  1. Style as Desired:Now, style your hair as you like! The oil should add shine and smoothness without weighing it down.

General Instructions
1. Pour a small amount of hair oil into your palm. Start with a teaspoon and add more if needed depending on your hair length and thickness.
2.Warm It Up: Rub your hands together to warm up the oil. This helps it spread more easily and absorb better.
3.Apply to Hair: Gently massage the oil into your scalp using your fingertips. Use circular motions to stimulate blood flow. Then, work the oil through the rest of your hair, focusing on the ends.
4.Wait 30 Minutes: Let the oil sit in your hair for about 30 minutes. This gives it time to nourish and moisturize your hair.
5.Wash Your Hair: After 30 minutes, wash your hair as usual with shampoo and conditioner. Make sure to rinse thoroughly to remove all the oil.
